š Homemade Pumpkin Spice Syrup
Ingredients
2 cups water
1 ½ cups packed dark brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4ā5 cinnamon sticks
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon salt
4 heaping tablespoons pumpkin purƩe

Directions
In a small pot, combine all the ingredients. Stir together over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
Once combined, lower the heat and simmer gently for 5ā6 minutes. Youāre looking for a syrupy, pourable texture, NOT caramel.
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pumpkin solids and spices.

Pour into an airtight jar or bottle and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Give it a good shake before each use, the spices like to settle.

āļø How to Make a Pumpkin Spice Latte (MTL Latte Heart Style)
Youāll need:
2 shots of espresso or strongly brewed coffee
1 ½ tablespoons of your homemade pumpkin spice syrup
8 oz steamed or frothed milk (any kind you love, dairy, oat, or almond all work beautifully)
Steps:
Add 1 ½ tablespoons of pumpkin spice syrup to your mug.
Pour in your espresso and stir well at the bottom of your cup, this helps the syrup dissolve evenly and brings out its full flavor.
Gently add your steamed milk, eventually I will make some latte art demos!
Finish with a light dusting of cinnamon or nutmeg, just enough to make every sip feel like fall.
The best part, donāt miss it! Take a slow sip, breathe, and let the world feel soft again. š š§š»āāļø š
