Pink Whipped Coffee with Ground Espresso

Whipped "Dalgona" Coffee Challenge: Accepted!
This challenge is EVERYWHERE right now. It's a great way to kill 30 minutes and pull a little sweat. Like Britney says, "You better work Bit*%*"!
"Dalgona" or Whipped Coffee is a cold latte drink that comes with a velvety smooth and sweet coffee foam on top. All you need is some arm muscle, a paper coffee filter, a magic bullet (or other machine blender to speed up the process), sugar, hot water, your favorite local ground coffee and TONS of patience.
Here's how to make whipped coffee with REAL coffee. I refuse to make it with instant coffee!
Add 3 1/2 tbsp of finely ground coffee and 6 tbsp of HOT water to a cup.
Let it steep for 2-3 minutes.
Using a coffee filter, filter out the liquid from your mixture and pour the coffee right into your magic bullet or blender. You should get about 2 tbsp of coffee.
Add 2 tbsp of sugar into the magic bullet or blender and blend for 10 minutes.
It's still not ready! Now you have to whisk away in a large bowl for 15-20 mins (or until you can't feel your arm).
When you've reached the desired frothiness, add in 2 drops of red food coloring to get that cute pink color.
Pour the foamy, sweet coffee on top of ice and cold almond, cow or oat milk.
Don't forget to use a cute glass and share! 'Cause, it's all for the gram.
